We are working with a global consultancy who are looking for a Workday Senior Functional Lead.
Requirements:
You must have previous consulting experience and holding and active Workday HCM Certification is highly desirable.
You will be leading clients through their deployment and contributing to the setup and configuration of Workday modules based on customer needs.
You will be leading clients through design sessions and leading both internal and external teams, you must have strong stakeholder management skills.
My client is looking for someone who has worked on global deployments from a strategic view and provided a recommended detailed plans and solutions to complex HCM requirements.
