HR Project Manager - FTC 12 months– Hybrid (London)



We are working with a global organisation who are currently going through a large scale transformation and are looking for an experienced HR Project manager to lead them through this. ( Workday deployment)


Requirements:

  • You will be working with global stakeholders to ensure the project is being delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

  • You will be creating programme progress reports for the business and programme meetings which will ensure the key stakeholders are aware of the status and progress of the project.

  • You will serve as the primary interface between technical teams, business stakeholders, and 3rd parties, ensuring appropriate expertise is allocated to projects and issues are addressed efficiently with key stakeholders.

  • You will conduct thorough post-implementation reviews to ensure operational effectiveness.

  • You will take full ownership of project lifecycle management, including risk mitigation and escalation.

  • You must have worked on an ERP implementation previously as a project manager and have 4+ years of experience.
