We are working with a global organisation who are currently going through a large scale transformation and are looking for an experienced HR Project manager to lead them through this. ( Workday deployment)
Requirements:
You will be working with global stakeholders to ensure the project is being delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
You will be creating programme progress reports for the business and programme meetings which will ensure the key stakeholders are aware of the status and progress of the project.
You will serve as the primary interface between technical teams, business stakeholders, and 3rd parties, ensuring appropriate expertise is allocated to projects and issues are addressed efficiently with key stakeholders.
You will conduct thorough post-implementation reviews to ensure operational effectiveness.
You will take full ownership of project lifecycle management, including risk mitigation and escalation.
You must have worked on an ERP implementation previously as a project manager and have 4+ years of experience.
