Our London based client are currently looking for a Senior Workday HRIS analyst to join their support team in assisting them in their journey whilst they continue to deploy Workday.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a functional and technical expert for Workday
- Work with the global HRIS team to manage the prioritization and execution of Workday fixes
- Support automation and process improvements across all HR Systems
- Perform detailed manipulation of complex data via tools such as spreadsheets and EIB’s
- Assist with system changes and upgrades
- Ensure Workday integration with key business systems
- Provide training and support for stakeholders
Requirements:
- Our client are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of Workday configuration within any of the HR modules (HCM, Absence, Reporting, Recruitment, Compensation & Time Tracking, Talent, Performance and Learning) as you will be leading junior team members with any configuration challenges.
- They are looking for someone who has been involved in a Workday support environment before.
- You will be supporting the client on ensuring that Workday is fully integrated with key business systems and providing support for ad hoc projects as required
- This is a hybrid role where they are looking for someone on site once a week.
- Must have a right to work in the UK. No sponsorship is provided.
