Lucas Kennedy is expanding and seeking a highly motivated and driven individual for an IT Recruitment Resourcer role. This role is principally to support the IT Recruitment Consultants in resourcing candidates for new and existing opportunities.
You will ideally have a minimum of 6 months of experience working within a similar position and have a proven track record of resourcing for roles. We are looking for dynamic individuals who are not afraid to pick up the phone, speak to candidates, build rapport, and understand the candidate's requirements. The right candidate who demonstrates excellent dedication can embark on a fantastic career progression path to a 360 Recruitment Consultant or Account Management role. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a proactive people-focused position.

• Analyses candidates to establish their career intent and role expectations
• Qualifies candidates to ensure they are the right fit for our client specification
• Sources potential candidates via our CRM, job boards, online databases, and social networks
• Screens potential candidates for the roles
• Qualifies candidates for current and future roles
• Prior experience working in a recruitment resourcing capacity highly desirable
• Understanding of Workday and SuccessFactors is highly desirable, other ERP experience such as SAP/Oracle or other cloud platform technologies such as Salesforce and Service Now would also be considered beneficial
